Holmfirth Arts Festival celebrates the people, culture, heritage, creativity and landscape of this beautiful part of Yorkshire, inviting audiences to enjoy events in picturesque streets, village halls and churches, cafes and teashops, Holmfirth’s atmospheric Picturedrome, up on the hills overlooking the town and in the surrounding natural environment. If you already know Holmfirth and the Valley, the Festival is an opportunity to see it a little differently. If you’ve not yet discovered this lovely part of Yorkshire then June is the perfect time to visit!

This is what people said:
“Fantastic range of acts you wouldn’t normally see or would need to travel far to see”
“A great programme with lots of accessible and fun events as well as exciting innovative stuff!!”
No event runs itself and the success of Holmfirth Arts Festival relies heavily on the support of a talented group of paid workers and volunteers – to whom we say a massive thank you!
